Kara continues to have severe vertigo, and she will have an MRI of her brain on Friday to see if the vertigo is related to any growths in her brain. She will find out the results on Tuesday, when she meets with Dr. Lynch. Kara is currently scheduled to start another round of chemo after her meeting with Dr. Lynch.
Prayer Requests:
- Please pray for good results on the MRI.
- Please pray that Kara's vertigo goes away.
- Please pray for comfort for Kara as she waits for the scan results.
- Please pray that the cancer be eradicated from Kara's body permanently.

In February 2005, Kara was diagnosed with a rare form of metastatic brain cancer – large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. She is a devoted mother of two, and a caring and generous wife, sister and daughter. This blog was started to keep family and friends informed of Kara's progress. The thoughts and prayers Kara has received through this blog have been an unending source of hope and inspiration, including many kind and encouraging comments from people she has never met. We thank you all.

We'll be hoping to hear of good results from the MRI - and that the vertigo has decreased. And praying for peace rather than anxiety while you are waiting these additional test results.
