Home Tomorrow?

Kara may be released from the hospital tomorrow following her first radiation treatment. Hopefully she can rest comfortably tonight and build up some strength and regain some coordination, and continue to do so during her recuperation at home.

Please see below for Kara's prayer needs. Thank you.

Kara,

These past few weeks have been especially difficult, with so many symptoms culminating in a hospital stay.

We've been praying for you, and as we've been on vacation the past few weeks, we've been able to encourage family and friends to keep praying for your complete healing.

We love you and pray that you'll have a restful night and will be able to go home tomorrow. We also pray that all of your symptoms will soon subside, that the radiation treatments will go smoothly, and that the new chemotherapy will completely effective in targeting the tumors.

Much Love,
Gina and Curby

Kara, you, Matt and family are in our thoughts and prayers. I'm thankful you'll be able to return home and that some of the symptoms are diminishing.

May the Lord continue to guide and direct the doctors and staff through this new treatment. Our prayers continue for peace, comfort and complete healing.

Kara,
We continue to lift you up in prayer and trust the Lord to keep you.
"I lift up my eyes to the hills--where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip--He who watches over you will not slumber." Psalm 121:1-4
Lord we remind you of Your faithfulness and trust You to continue to keep Kara for Yourself. We pray Your blessings on Matt and Emma and Luke especially at this time. Strengthen and supply Kara as you bring her home from the hospital tomorrow. Guard and keep her as she receives the treatment plan necessary for her complete healing. It is in You we trust.

We love you, Kara.
