Update

Kara is feeling better every day, and has spent a lot of the week resting up. She hopes to be able to be more more active next week when she should have more strength and energy. Doc and Uncle John took the kids to the big park in Bellaire, and then John took Emma on to Tumblebears. Matt's parents are coming into town this weekend to be able to provide help the next week.

We hope you all enjoy your weekend with your friends and families, and thank you checking in on Kara.

Dear Kara,
What good news to hear that you are regaining your strength and energy alittle more each day. Hopefully the appetite will soon reappear in a more normal fashion. The treatments and your strong healthy constitution and your wonderful faith and trust in Jesus are all working together to return you to full health and life with your family and friends. Of course Emma and Matt have more than a small part in the total recovery process which we know and believe are so dynamic now! Our prayers continue and our hope for total cure has never been stronger. Hugs and love, Aunt Betsy

Hi Kara,

Have a restful weekend. We pray you will continue leaning on the Lord and trusting Him as He cares for you. Praise the Lord, He is eternal and his healing hand is on you. We will continue to pray and trust as you have the tests done next week.
Please give everyone big hugs for us. I know Matt's parents will enjoy being with you all next week as you continue to regain your strength.
Love,
Aunt Karen
