Meeting with Doctor Lynch

Kara and Matt met with Doctor Lynch last night, and he outlined the next phase of treatment for her. She will continue with three weeks of chemotherapy followed by a week off, for several more cycles. She will also have Novalis performed on the spot on her adrenal gland. Doctor Lynch feels that the area on her lungs may be a tumor, but he thought it was to be expected because she had been off of chemotherapy for so long. He believes that the continuation of the chemotherapy will take care of the lung spot.

Prayer Requets:
- Please pray that Kara is able to get Novalis scheduled soon, and that the procedure goes smoothly.
- Please pray that the insurance company will come through and pay for Kara's Herceptin.
- Please pray that the cancer be eradicated from Kara's body, permanently.

Thank you.

Blessings Kara!

I'm still 2 segments down on --

NO NEW TUMORS!!!!!!!

I can't stop dancing; singing praises to Jesus over this God given news.......What a miracle!!!!!!! I just think NO NEW TUMORS - my feet start jumping; I'm singing praises!

My favorite all time TV show is
"FATHER KNOWS BEST" so I stand in agreement with your Dad - the spot on the lung is a fluid place. Thank you Lord!

Kara,

It is so encouraging to know how God is orchestrating all of your health care by providing so many good people to deliver it, so much advanced technology, and so many methods for healing.

We continue to hope in all things. I have really enjoyed the verses from Psalm 33 that you shared with me. How refreshing it is to reflect on His words of promise, that "the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, on those who hope for His lovingkindness...Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. For our heart rejoices in Him, because we trust in His holy name. Let Your lovingkindess, O Lord, be upon us, according as we have hoped in You."

That is our prayer today and in the days to come. Our hope is grounded in Him, and we give Him the glory for the ways that He is healing you.

Much Love,
Gina and Curby
