Update

Kara will have some more bloodwork done tomorrow; please pray that her counts are up so that she can receive her full chemotherapy this week.

Emma and I had a great time at Disney World -- she enjoyed all the traditional rides (Dumbo, Teacups), tried a couple rollercoasters, and got a big kick out of having dinner in EPCOT. She was very excited to see her mommy, daddy, and especially Luke when we returned. Luke spent most of last week at the farm, and he felt like a very big boy -- feeding the cows, riding all over the property, and having a bonfire.

Prayer Requests:
- Please pray that Kara's bloodcounts are high enough for her to receive her full chemotherapy.
- Please pray for increased energy and strength for Kara.
- Please pray that the cancer be eradicated from Kara's body, permanently.

Thank you.

Dear Kara, What wonderful photos of Emma at Disneyworld thanks to her Aunt Jean's expert photography in capturing some truly priceless moments of joy and fun! No doubt it was a fantastic reunion with all upon their return Sunday and esp. for Luke with his big sister. Hope you really rested, Kara, and will be ready for whatever treatment this week or next week brings. You are in our hearts and prayers more than ever at this point in your healing times, and please remember how very special you are to each of us and how we pray daily for your strength to return and for your trust and faith not to waver and most of all for your hopes and prayers for total cure and full health to come as soon as possible.

Hi Kara and family,
Sounds like last week was a big hit for all involved! :) We will be praying for your blood counts and a full chemo regimen this week. We hope that you continue to gain strength and energy as you look so great and HEALTHY now! Soon your scans will be completely cancer free and you can really regain strength and stamina. :)
Love,
Brad and Leslie

Praying that your counts will be up tomorrow! Looks like Emma and Luke had a good old time, and I bet Grandma and Grandpa and Jean did, too!

Thank You Lord for all Your gifts. Give us patience and wisdom; give our daughter your blessings of good health. Keep her moving forward with positivity as you hold her in the palms of Your hands.
We send our blessings and prayers from the road and the Great Smoky Mountains...kisses to our babies, gramma and grampa

Hi Kara,

We have enjoyed the cute photos of Emma on her trip with Aunt Jean. It looks like they had fun.
We continue to trust the Lord to strengthen and uphold you as He provides healing for you. We trust that shield of faith for you as you rest and trust in Him. The Lord is mighty in battle and is victorious!
Much love,
Aunt Karen and Uncle Don
