Kara will have PET Scans run on Wednesday to check on her progress. Please pray for good test results, and please let others know of Kara's prayer needs. We will let you know the results when we do.

In February 2005, Kara was diagnosed with a rare form of metastatic brain cancer – large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. She is a devoted mother of two, and a caring and generous wife, sister and daughter. This blog was started to keep family and friends informed of Kara's progress. The thoughts and prayers Kara has received through this blog have been an unending source of hope and inspiration, including many kind and encouraging comments from people she has never met. We thank you all.

Jesus delights in Kara.
He will save the afflicted.

Hi Kara,
We continue to pray for you and will do so even more as you have the scan tomorrow.
Psalm 16:5,9 says:
"Lord, You give me stability and prosperity; You make my future secure.

Dear Kara, Just a note to let you know how dear you are to us and how greatly we pray that the new chemo has done its job to restore you to complete health-also to remind you how much Dr. Lynch is in our prayers to continue directing you so beautifully in your treatments as he has done from the very beginning.
