Feeling Better

Kara is feeling much better, and her fever is gone and her bloodwork looks fine. She has been able to get out and do more as she gains strength after the last round of chemotherapy. She has been doing physical therapy exercises to help her regain muscle strength and the use of her hands and feet. They tire her out, but they do seem to be working.

Kara and her family will be going to Dallas for Thanksgiving to spend time with our family up there. It will be a fun mini-break for them -- they're staying at a hotel with an indoor pool, which the kids are sure to enjoy. Kara's birthday follows on the 29th, and she has another round of scans on the 30th, so please keep her in your prayers this month!

Prayer Requests:
- Please pray that Kara continues to improve after her latest treatment.
- Please pray for good test results on the 30th.
- Please pray that the cancer be eradicated from Kara's body, permanently.

Thank you.

Kara- Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. You are #1 on our list of things we're thankful about this Thanksgiving. Do you realize how much your choice to have this blogspot and share all your treatment news and test results has affected all of us????? You could have chosen to keep your journey private. But by sharing so freely with us, it has blessed us all SO VERY MUCH. We are all witnessing a miracle --thanks you SO MUCH for letting us watch it unfold. -Love, Barbara
