Novalis complete, nausea returns.

Kara received the last of her Novalis treatments on Friday. She has been having difficulty tolerating her chemotherapy this week and has been suffering from nausea, which has left her pretty wiped-out. Kara had planned to go with the kids to the Barnum & Bailey circus today, but was not able to do so because of the recent nausea. Aunt Jean is in Houston this weekend and is able to help out.

Prayer requests:

- Please pray that the Novalis is successful in eradicating the cancer near Kara's spleen.
- Please pray that Kara is able to better tolerate her chemotherapy and the nausea ends.
- Please pray to give Kara the physical and emotional strength to help her through this trying time.

Dear Kara,
I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling nauseated. That is no fun and frustrating. I hope that it has started to subside or at least become more tolerable. That's great that your Novalis is completed, though! It always works so well for you; I'm sure it will do the trick again. We will be praying for your energy to increase and nausea to decrease this week!

God bless you!
Love,
Leslie

Dear Kara,

We're so sorry to hear about the nausea you've been having lately and hope that it will come to a rapid end this week. It's so good to know that the Novalis is complete, and we pray that it has successfully eliminated its target.

We love you and keep praying for you to be fully restored. Jehovah-rapha is our Healer and our loving Shepherd. He holds you in the palm of His hand.

Love,
Gina and Curby

Dear Kara, Hopefully by now you're feeling so much better without the nausea and fatigue from your treatment last week. How wonderful that you finished your Novalis which has been such a boon to you all along! Please try to rest and take care of your special self, knowing that you are being healed more each day and that you are loved and prayed for by us all each day. Don't you know how very much Luke and Emma enjoyed the circus with Aunt Jean and had some great stories to tell about the wonderful circus animals! Love to all, Aunt Betsy

Dear Kara, We so enjoyed seeing you and your family and spending time with all of you. Emma and Luke are so precious and my girls are still talking about how much fun that had with them. We are so thankful that you were between treatments and were able to do so many things with us. We will pray that the nausea passes soon and that latest treatments are successful. Hang in there! All our love and prayers are with you.
