Novalis

Kara will meet with her Novalis doctor later in the week, and hopefully will have her three Novalis treatments on M-W-F of next week. Novalis is pinpoint radiation that Kara had on her brain tumors. They can now do Novalis in other areas of the body as well -- a great advance in the year since Kara was diagnosed.

The chemotherapy is beginning to catch up to Kara and she has been feeling more fatigued, but this type of chemotherapy continues to be easier for her to tolerate than the in-patient kind she received previously.

Prayer Requests:
- Please pray that the Novalis is successful and without complications.
- Please pray that the cancer is eradicated from Kara's body, permanently.

Thank you.

Dear Kara, Thank goodness for your very special Dr. Lynch and his Novalis team whom you'll be meeting with this week in anticipation of the pinpoint treatments next week! Please take good care of your very dear self, resting when you can and enjoying Emma and Luke and the rest of the family and activities around your R&R schedule so important as you prepare for the miraculous Novalis. How very wonderful to think about this latest long awaited modality and how it'll help finish the job that you and the chemo and the surgeries have started and done so much already. It's so positive to realize what's happened so far and what blessings our dear Lord Jesus has given us this past year. How grateful we are for each and every one and how we continue to pray for His healing powers to manifest themselves in your body and spirit, dear dear Kara. How we also pray for your mom and dad, for Jean and John, Jr, for Carrie , for your Aunt Lois and her Vaughn, for your entire support team at home and in your wonderful neighborhood world-wide and in your church support around the globe via prayers and caring in those who follow you and whose lives are enriched by you and your faith and testimony and witness. Stay rested and strong and remember always how very loved you are at all times no matter what. Much love, Aunt Betsy
