Kara was able to resume chemotherapy yesterday. Her white blood cell count is still a little low, but not enough to stop her from having the treatment.
Prayer Requests:
- Please pray that Kara can continue her chemotherapy uninterrupted.
- Please pray for insurance company approval of her Herceptin.
- Please pray that the cancer be eradicated from Kara's body, permanently.

Dear Kara, How wonderful that this round of superchemo is over and you are strong and well enough to enjoy the immediate family this wk-end! How we hope and pray that this will have knocked out the last remaining bit of tumor and that this will be all of treatment for awhile. You are so brave and have been through so much and it's a total miracle that all has gone so well so far. Please know how greatly you are loved and continuously prayed for day and night. We're so glad that you were able to finish up the Novalis before you went to Port Aransas and that you were able to continue with chemo once you returned from the trip! What wonderful news!
We're praying for Christ to be your strength through every moment of every day, especially in moments of weakness or frustration.
Isaiah 61:1-3 says,
"... He has sent me [Jesus] ... to comfort all who mourn, to grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes; the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified."

Dear Kara,
Remember that everything you put into your body is good and perfect and is meant to bring you the perfect cure. We are sending positive waves for cures from San Francisco. The Lord is in charge. As you look into the mirror, remember that you are seeing the light of God within you. Feel the water and know that He is washing away all cancer. Hear the birds and know that He is talking to you and reminding you that He is with you through this healing cure.
